About me

I am here to help

My role as a therapist is to meet you right where you are with respect, compassion, and non-judgment. I find it a privilege to journey with a client.

There is not one size size fits all approach to therapy. Every individual is different and I try to approach each client from that perspective. I use multiple methodologies when treating a client, from Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, to name a few.
I received my Masters in Counseling from Houston Baptist University in 2007, Summa Cum Laude and have been practicing in both private and clinical settings as well as working for a non-profit.

When not seeing clients

I enjoy spending time outdoors with my two daughters and volunteering in my community. I have a passion for helping veterans which stems from my time serving in the US Army during Operation Desert Storm.
